The 'Nitnem Gurbani Audio' app allows you to read and listen to 'Nitnem Audio' on your mobile device. You can read Nitnem in either Hindi or Punjabi and also view the meaning of the path while reading or listening to Nitnem Audio. The purpose of this app is to help the busy and mobile younger generation reconnect with Sikhism and Gurubani by providing access to the path on their mobile devices. We hope that you will find this app useful and incorporate it into your daily routine.

The 'Nitnem Gutka' app has several key features:

 <li>Complete Nitnem - 7 paths</li>
 <li>Select your preferred language: Nitnem in Hindi or Nitnem in Punjabi (Gurmukhi)</li>
 <li>Listen to Nitnem Gurbani:</li>
 <ul>
 <li>Use the seek bar to control audio playback</li>
 <li>The pause button allows you to stop and resume the audio from where you left off</li>
 <li>The stop button will completely stop the path. If you play it again, the path will start from the current page</li>
 <li>Use the GO button on the top-right corner to navigate to a specific page</li>
 </ul>
 <li>Select from 5 themes: Sepia, Classic, White, Black, Silver</li>
 <li>Select your preferred text size</li>
 <li>Read the meaning of each page using the Translate option</li>
 <li>Rate and provide feedback using the Feedback option</li>
 <li>Read in portrait or landscape mode</li>
 <li>Nitnem Audio with Lyrics</li>
</ul>

About Nitnem Gurbani:

Nit-Nem (literally Daily Naam) is a compilation of different banis that are meant to be read by Sikhs every day at various times. Sikhs typically read nitnems at Gurdwaras. The Nit-Nem banis usually include the Panj bania (5 banis) which are read daily by baptized Sikhs in the morning between 3:00 am and 6:00 am (this period is known as Amrit Vela or the Ambrosial Hours), as well as 'Rehras Sahib' in the evening at 6pm and 'Kirtan Sohila' at night at 9pm.

 <li>'Tav-Prasad' Savaiye (morning)</li>
 <li>'Chaupai Sahib' (morning)</li>
 <li>'Anand Sahib' (All 40 Shabads) (morning)</li>
 <li>'Rehras Sahib' (evening)</li>
 <li>'Kirtan Sohila' (night)</li>
</ol>

The 5 morning banis are usually recited in the early morning, while Rehras is read in the evening (around 6pm) and Kirtan Sohila is recited just before going to sleep at night. Additional prayers may be added based on personal preference.
